Been on keto and intermittent fasting for about 3 weeks and have lost over 5 kilos :)

Don't seem to be losing weight kind of plateauing so I've lowered my daily calories from about 2000 to 1700 it's probably because I'm not walking as much as well but it's been really hot so I'm going to try and walk earlier.. hopefully this adjustment helps..

Been trying to cut down on junk food and desserts, and walking everyday still not walking as much as I'd like and making excuses because it's too hot and I don't have enough time. Been very stressed lately, going to try and relax today and focus on self improvement.

Got down to around 86kgs but I've been a bit slack lately with walking and eating, getting back into my routine of eating healthy and smaller portions and walking every day, would like to start walking 2 times a day again
