Seem to have hit a plateau. Soooo frustrating when it was just falling off before! Trying not to get discouraged, and just up the ante a little: slightly reduced calories, increased protein, and more frequent exercise. Fingers crossed!

:O Pretty pleased to have lost so much in a week. I thought it was just weight fluctuation yesterday morning, but having weighed myself this afternoon, I'm pretty sure it's for real. Aw. Yis.
