Really feel off the wargon this weekend, time to jump back on this week with no cheating. Plan - No extra sugar other than fruit meaning no sweets & choc, limit carbs to a max, except at breakfast, Protein for lunch and dinner and snacks. exercise at least 4 timea s week and morning pilates on 4 days as well
