Well I have gotten through 2 days of Low Carbing! I am so excited. However, we will see how long I can keep it up!🤔But if I fall I will pick myself up, dust myself off and keep going.
It's funny I am not scared of falling now because I can manage to remember tomorrow is a second chance and I know God is helping me do this.

I had such good success last year with low carb. Unfortunately due to poor eating, low mood and motivation I put back on 9kg. It is good to hear others on their path. Good luck Mama.
