Feeling pretty damn pleased with myself. Wasn't sure it was accurate, given it's only been four days, but I weighed myself again this morning, and yes, the scales weren't just being nice. :D :D
58.8 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
