After 9 months of battling with my employer over a work related knee injury and numerous legal battles at Tribunal, the decision has been made to accept my claim. Soon I will be able to have the knee surgery that I have needed and will be able to ramp up my exercise regime after rehabilitation and physiotherapy and hopefully back to normal full time duties.
