Maintained a steady weight over the last few weeks. Have put on a lot of muscle and have dropped two pants size. My new size I now need a belt. Muscle is x3 times the weight of fat so I am pleased with the results. My fitness has improved and my cardiologist approves of losing weight via fasting. I want to get back in to fasting more as it has been difficult to do with work etc.
89.1 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
