I'm starting to creep back up on the scales...not good. I'm not really sure what I weigh as my grandson was jumping on the scales the other day and it is not that accurate now. well I know I'm gaining so will get back to it Id like to be 60kg but have to try to get to 65kg first. I'm still exercising and walking.
