After a plateau of a bit over 2 weeks, 1/2 a kilo feels pretty damn good! Very pleased. Kicked up the exercise a notch, and started calorie cycling. Seems like it's working!
53.8 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
