As they say, two steps forward, one step back. Doing much better with my diet than say, a week ago, although I've got a ways to go before I enter "machine" mode.
Still. I'm proud that I didn't bury my head in the sand. I weighed myself (55.6 last week), took charge, and got back within striking distance of my lowest weight. Bring on 53.5kg!
54.6 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
