I think at least part of this loss is water weight (I've started following a very low carb diet), but I'm pleased regardless. Hoping to see big results if I keep it up!
53.6 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great work - we have been on one also - I have lost 4 kgs and my wife 9kgs in about 10 weeks she sticks to the plan better than I do but I am happy -
