I have decided that my next weigh in will be after the new year.
Christmas is around the corner, and honesty i have been eating a lot of crap.
I have only a couple of New Year's goals for next year, and one of them is to start looking after myself. There is a couple of weeks left to this year so I have time to get my head focused.
I gotta work on my weight, my eating habits, my exercises and my Hypothyroidism. If I don't do this nothing will change.
And I need to change.
