Well, high intensity chemotherapy followed by a stem cell transplant certainly got rid of the weight I needed to lose.
It's not a method I'd recommend for anyone else though!
I've lost a scary amount of muscle mass through the course of the treatment and the weeks in hospital, so I'll be training as soon as I get clearance to make a start.
