Not too unhappy with a small weight increase. Fitness level is up, toning is happening, healthier eating habits are established and I'm on the long road to weight loss, so I've got time to adjust 😉
70.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
