Making some progress on recovering from last weekend's binge. I have an all women's motorcycle run this weekend. Will need to watch my attitude & eating!
64.8 kg Lost so far: 13.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
