Well the dodge home scales say 70 (no clothes) but the fancy gym scales say 68.3 (gym clothes on) so I'll take a happy medium
68.9 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
