I'm feeling pretty hopeless. My daily eating plan always seems to be sabotaged one way or the other. My weight is up again...summer is never good for me! In 2 weeks I'm off to the beach, will try to lose 2 kgs by then. The gym is going well. Combining HIT with weights for max effect. I'll keep trying that's all we can do!
65 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
