I've skipped Breakfast again and had lunch. drank 3 whole bottle of water and made a blueberry smoothie out of frozen blueberries green tea peppermint extract honey and cinnamon plus I cut back on the pizza rolls today getting ready to start dinner do my exercises. cannot wait for warmer weather so I can go walking. For dinner I am eating an asparagus egg cheese potato omlet.
131.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Lol Walmart is a 30 min drive from me and I do not always have the gas to get to Walmart

I know it’s not as fun but you can walk/jog in place in your house! I do that when it’s too cold to walk outside. I just jog in place on my yoga mat while watching a movie.
