Potassium is needed for weight loss. It’s part of the sodium/ potassium ion exchange that helps control body fluid balance. Low potassium (k) can also cause headaches. Like Debbie said—I hope this passes.

I didn't Kno that low potassium could be the cause of headaches. I took a potassium pill. I will keep that in mind thank you both

Potassium pills are 99mg, there are none higher. A healthy adult should aim to consume 3,500–4,700 mg of potassium daily from foods (from google). A banana has just over 400mg. It is my understanding that a sugar based diet (sugar/high carbs) should avoid salt, but a Keto diet needs to eat salt plus potassium. Sometimes I take 6 potassium pills, it's hard to take more. Could low salt on a Keto diet cause headaches? I saw a chiropractor on YouTube talking about our necks causing headaches. It sounds worth it to study up a little on Google and YouTube.
