it's my happiest day ever!!! finally I am under 89 kg!!! since I started my journey I've lost 15kg in total. I still have a lot to go but being under 89kg gives me a lot of hope, energy and happiness! even if it's hard to control our portions, avoid alcohol, snacks and unhealthy delicious foods ( such as pizza) 😍 but getting this result worth to it. thank God.
88.3 kg Lost so far: 21 kg.    Still to go: 18.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

well done! nice low cal alternative to pizza is to make your own with a wrap, low fat cheese, tomato puree and whatever toppings!
