FINALLY going back in the right direction! Ironic that I got upset on low carb last week when I creeped up from 115 to 117.4 so I switched to weight watchers. After 2 days on WW I was 118.2. Went back to low carb & only 2 days later I am back to where I was (117.4). Guess I should have just been patient & stuck to low carb to began with!!! First back back at the gym since last Tuesday but just to do weight work. I am taking the month off of running, elliptical or any other cardio work to try & see if my back/hip feels better. Missing my low carb tortilla's & high protein shakes but I am trying to stay close to "induction" foods for the 1st 2 weeks if I can make it.
