Going in the right direction. I still slipped & had a serving of SF taffy yesterday. Overall stayed under 30 net carbs - SUPER HARD!
53.3 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
