Minor upset this weekend was birthday weekend celebration had chocolate molten lava cake and vanilla ice cream which didn’t help one bit so back to to strict dieting again Iam
102.8 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
