Nice surprise! I did expect some weight gain after all the birthday cakes and meals I had yesterday 😁

62.6 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg. Still to go: 1.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.1 kg a Week
