Very little change Running a bit more relaxed and a little more heart rate stuff at the gym. then bang hit my goal weight. :)
68 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
