Arg. I have been making an effort to get 20 minutes of light to moderate cardio at least 3-4 days per week, and have really been watching my calories. Maybe what is getting me is that I'm watching my calories but not paying as much attention to WHAT I'm eating and drinking. I will have to start saying no more to dairy and alcohol. I hope this lose 10 lbs in 10 weeks thing works out. Even if I only lose 5, if I am able to keep it off that will be a big deal for me.
64.9 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
