121 today after a strict calorie count of 1350 calories I went up .5 of a pound. I don't want to risk getting any higher so ATKINS IT IS, starting today!
54.9 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
