Ready for new target, except that my new-ish clothes are starting to get too big!!!

Still trying to cope with fuzzy head, and not sure if it is too much salt, too little salt, dehydration, or what...
75 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
