Up today but to be expected since I was sick yesterday I ate at panera and had lots of carbs for the day. Sandwich, two pears, and two extra slices of bread!
53.7 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
