Well been struggle with health issues. Gradually been dealing fatigue, weight gain etc even though J has been doing pretty much the same pattern. Turns out the hormone treatment and thyroid meds I was taking were not working.
Found a new doc, changed the meds and hope to be feeling better soon!
Released to workout again tomorrow! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
84.8 kg Lost so far: 55.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
