So much yay! Even when I think I've done well for the week, inevitably on Fridays I start to think of every potential slip-up during the week. Or things that could have spoiled my progress. Like.... did I drink enough water? Or, like last night my kids woke me up at 3:30 and 4:30, so I worried I hadn't gotten enough sleep. Or, all the sunflower seeds I've noshed on this week which, while not highly caloric do have a lot of salt that could make me carry water.. Sometimes it's enough to make me question whether I should be weighing in at all. I don't like the anxiety that I sometimes get, which just climbs on top of my ordinary everyday anxiety. Only a successful week makes me feel better. So, I'm happy today is a win. I need it.
