After several days of calorie count & several "carb binges" I just can't allow myself to gain any more weight without going back to Low Carb. Maybe once I get back to a reasonable weight (116-117) I will try something else that allows me some carbs but for now, I just want to get back in my average weight range. Even running is harder carrying this 5 extra pounds.

I know how it feels!!! those 2 or 3 kilos are so heavy and so hard to get rid of, I GOT so discouraged fighting those 3 kilos, that I GAINED back 3kg, so I'm back where I started:-c LOL
