Wow! That's almost unexpected! I mean, I had my usual weigh-in day apprehension/anxiety, though I had done mostly right by my WOE. I made a few minor changes after last weeks disappointing loss, and it seems to have paid off. Also, this weeks workouts have been a calorie scorcher! Or maybe my body is just catching up after last week.
