Hopefully I can run at least 5 miles today. Ok with a .2 pound loss since I ate over 2000 calories yesterday and a lot of sugar free chocolate!
53.6 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
