Well I had a lovely birthday and also enjoyed staying at my sister's and celebrating my niece’s birthday too but it shows with the weight I gained!!
I am pleased that I kept to my exercise regime so I guess that kept the weight gain down a little
So next week it is back too it and hopefully some weight loss too
83.0 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
