Down another 700 grams. Yay 😁 finally this is working Beautiful dinner out. Squid and rocket shared entree. Grilled fish and roast veggies. Even had a few wines. 🥂Yum The 16:8 intermittent fasting is half the secret. Then sticking to under 1400 cals in the 8 hours 👍
82.7 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
