Weight jump up .600g. 😟🧐🥺
No reason. Only eating 1100 of my 1400 calories as quite satisfied. Not hungry
And exercising every day.
Maybe stress ?
Kids Lol

Oh well. Just had a salad plate at a vegetarian cafe and water for lunch 🥗 tomorrow is another day as Scarlett OHara so famously said 🤪
82.5 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
