Started intermittent fasting last night. 16 hour fast from 9:30pm last night to 1:30pm this afternoon. Ran 5 miles this morning too, wasn't really hungry. Eating 1000 calories on non-run days (every other day. Trying to eat as much non- processed foods. We'll see what happens in one week.
54.2 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
