Had Texas Roadhouse to go for hubby's birthday last night - I recalculated my Miller Method Macros and it's on! Already completed Arms, Back and Abs! Now to watch my friend's wedding on Facebook live in a bit! Glad when this will be over so we can celebrate at the reception!
87.4 kg Lost so far: 53.3 kg.    Still to go: 19.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
