Ran 5.5 miles outside this morning. 117 even before my run 115.2 after the run but logged my weight as 117 since I just lost water weight.
53.1 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
