I'm still having a hard time sticking with a good exercise routine. Fortunately, our new dog needs to be walked a lot, so that is helping. Also I've been a lot better about minding my diet, most days. It seems to be working - slowly but surely. :-)
55.3 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
