What a dumba*s. So I ate junk like crazy yesterday because I had been gaining weight the past few days. I ate about 300-400 over my daily allowance of 1200 just to realize today that it is ladytime and I am down today!
52.9 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
