32.1% body fat.
Got a little exercise shoveling snow yesterday. Also took the dog out for less than a mile walk. It's supposed to be very cold today, I'll need to heat some water for the chickens.
Very happy with the weight loss.
I've read and heard in YouTube vids that you shouldn't stay in a caloric deficit for more than 4-6 weeks. Every 4-6 weeks you need to come up to maintenance calories I think I got it right this Tet weekend. Hopefully I can keep dropping fat for the next month.
98.2 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

hmm. that's a good thought I'll have to check that out. I do well. then every couple weeks I eat high fat high carbs like my body is starving. lol.

You should do what works for you. Your body will continue to lose weight if you stay in deficit. I lost 5 lbs a month for a year in deficit. Didn’t want to get off track.
