Okay so I have stuck to recording my food and although I have not made healthy choices that's okay because I am doing this to learn when I go wrong and why.🤔After talking to my precious Hubby we have decided we both eat our emotions and pain - however that is a life changing thing to learn💕and now all we need to do is learn when we are doing this and find a better way to deal with our emotions.👍So i am thinking a lot of prayer for wisdom and courage

You are on the right track Mama Isabella, and as for eating emotions, I believe that’s what most of us do when we’re challenged by issues we can’t control or change - That’s why it’s called comfort food - and we learn it very early in life - it’s part of our primitive brain, telling us that we need these calorie dense foods for survival (after the fight or flight response) I think we need to train our body to appreciate foods that are nutrient dense in another way, not loaded with starches, sugars and fats, but rich in vitamins, minerals, micro nutrients, phytonutrients, plant sterols, all that great stuff that is medicine for our bodies and gives rich flavours to our foods.

I totally agree to what Jomo wrote! The only thing I want to mention what I noticed when I changed my dietary style is that I can satisfy my body with healthy comfort food without gaining any weights! Before I ate the typical things a woman thinks she needs: chocolate, chocolate and chocolate cookies 🤪🤣 When I recorded the food that I ate it showed an ridiculous high amount of fat and sugar (of course 🙈). Stuff like that goes right on to our hips and belly (not the boobies of course 🙄). I replaced the artificial sweets with tons of fruits and dried fruits like dates, figs and others. Those don't come with a high amount of fats and hardly show on the scale. It wasn't easy to stop eating chocolate and sweets (and it still isn't) but I noticed that they don't give me the kick anymore as before 🤗 maybe something for you to try?
