No gym yesterday. Helped hubbie trim & load branches off 85 redwood trees. No wonder I lost weight! I also purchased a NutriBullet & replaced 2 meals with smoothies made with fruits & veggies. I ended up eating the same amount of calories for the day but I ate much healthier. My hope is to get through PMS time without as much bloating & 3 pound weight gain by doing these smoothies for those 10 days.
48.0 kg Lost so far: 6.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
