Put on weight, yet still exercising 30 mins to an hour for 3+ times a week and eating under the recommended calories. Although just did measurements and I've lost 5.5 cm
68.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Maybe you put on muscle. What kind of excercise are u doing? It could also be water weight maybe see if you're back down in the next few days.

Only doing walking/ jogging and squats/lunges/weights.
