Good morning to all the FS'ers out there. I hope you had a nice 4th of July weekend. I did weigh in this morning and was pleasantly surprised by the small uptick considering my indulgences the past 3 days. Today I am restarting my Spudfit Challenge. For the next 35 days I will be eating only potatoes (and a daily green smoothie to get in my greens and phytonutrients). It's high time I got below 200 lbs. I might just be destined to be overweight for the rest of my life but I know I am not destined to be over 200 lbs any longer. So here goes my reset and hopefully by August 9th I'll be 16 lbs lighter. I did get a haircut which is certainly making my head feel lighter. :-) Away we go. Happy Monday.
