I’ve eaten so well, no coffee either, plenty of protein, plus walks and yoga stretching getting it all moving: yet no weight loss …can you start out at a plateau?! 😜

Hi darling. Start taking pictures of yourself. Trying clothes that no longer fit or measuring yourself... Don't trust only on scale. Sometimes we start losing fat and gain muscles. And muscles are heavier. I'm happier since I try to look for improvements on other measurements.
