Looked at my old logs to get some hints of my previous success. I know our bodies and lives change. The journey leaves bread crumbs. Heading to the gym soon. I know people here love IF but my body hates it and carb cycling. Can say we don’t try things.

I look at my history too, especially when I need to recycle some ideas. It does make you grateful for the time you put into logging.
