72 days later and I'm back down to 101.3. So we had a lockdown and I'm disappointed with myself that I got careless with my food choices. I gained back about 4kg, at one point weighing over 105. It's frustrating how easy it is to put weight back on compared to how difficult it can be lose weight. I finally got back in the right headspace and I've gone back to the low-carb diet that works better for me.
